Although, I am a Reflexologist, I am also a practitioner of Bio- Touch which is a simple, two finger, healing- touch modality that anyone can learn to do.
In my practice, I meet my recipients where they are and slowly introduce them to ways of feeling more tuned into their wellness and educational goals. My clients are encourage to track their progress by creating crystal jewelry, journaling and video logs.
