This workshop includes a presentation by Dr Julia Anderson, PT about the causes of Plantar Fasciitis and how the clinical community looks at it. She also touches on how to address this condition.

The second half of the recording teaches the few sets of points from the Bio-Touch Healing system for how to help loved ones and clients with Plantar Fasciitis.

A training manual is included in this workshop. It explains where the points are located with links to a video which shows someone doing the sets.
