This one-hour workshop was recorded live. It includes a presentation by Tanja Bungardt-Price, Board Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, about the causes of colitis and how ayurvedic medicine looks at this condition.

The second half of the recording teaches the few sets of points from the Bio-Touch Healing system for how to help loved ones with colitis.

A training manual is included in this workshop. It explains where the points are located with links to a video which shows someone doing the sets.
